The trident of Poseidon has very strange properties and it is very strange that in the previous films he did not play any role - he still looks important in this universe. What I still caught my eye was the presence of a strange artifact, which even more transforms what is happening in mush. There is almost no such thing and by the end of this non-stop action a little annoying.
But in the original trilogy there was a break between the basic madness. Of course, this contributes to the fact that it is more difficult to get bored, but on the other hand we would like more quiet scenes with heroes to better learn new ones and to remember old ones well - we need a balance that is not here. In this same part, the creators are hurrying somewhere in earnest. There is a significant difference from the fourth part, which was slower and not always interesting. However, this is quite difficult, because already in the next moment something else is happening, and then something else and so almost without stopping. Literally, from the first minutes, a lot of events are being dumped on us, which must be digested. In parallel, we get to know one young couple who want to find one artifact - the trident of Poseidon and Jack decides to help them, because it can also stop his opponent.Īnd in fact, this tape left me after watching some ambiguous feelings. Together with his own, now ghostly, team, he decides to take revenge on Jack. However, after one battle with the notorious Jack Sparrow, he loses his familiar human form and becomes a real dead man. "The dead do not tell tales" (or - "Revenge of Salazar") introduces us to a certain captain who wants to exterminate all pirates. Naturally, the expectations for the fifth film were great - whether the franchise finally got on the right track or something again prevented? After the departure of Verbinski, the franchise turned a little wrong and "On Stranger Tides" came out a little more dull, but my love for this saga does not give to name this part completely unsuccessful. Of course, the degree of madness increased every time, but I was only for, because it makes the "Pirates" unique. The original trilogy had its own special atmosphere and every new part from the director Gore Verbinski could surprise with something new. "Pirates of the Caribbean" is undoubtedly one of my favorite franchises.
